Circa 2008.

Opening shot background for a 15 second animation that will never see the light of day.

The main character jumps off the cliff into a hole that leads underground.

Done entirely in Photoshop CS3. I made a brush that would simulate water color, but couldn't quite achieve it.

Sadly no. :( I lost this brush in a hard drive crash and haven't been able to duplicate it. I'll make a nicer one in the future, though.

Yes, it's rewarding to see how far you can push the brushes in Photoshop. My coloring jumped pretty far between last year and this one due to that kind of experimentation.

I'll need to share some of the ones I've made and use regularly.
