2-shot clip

Keyframes by::iconthatld: :iconjeffreylai:

This is a little scene from the 1000 teaser that I worked on with ~greenestreet and *jeffreylai of Secret Sauce Studio.

If you for some reason haven't heard about 1000 and its Kickstarter then ABSOLUTELY click on the link below:

[ 1000: The Animated Micro-series Kickstarter ]

The first shot with the fighting is drawn, inked, cleaned-up, composited, and colored by me (with a color assist on the tattoos by :icongreenestreet:).

The second shot with the guy falling to the floor was keyframed by :iconjeffreylai: and corrected, cleaned-up, inked, colored, and composited by me.

All the work was done in Photoshop and After Effects.

Please share the Kickstarter if you find what we're doing even remotely interesting. It helps more than you know.

NOTE: I'm aware that there's no blood flying out of the Zaci Bro's mouth in the second shot. This clip was done months ago and doesn't represent the final version we have on file. That has been fixed already.

This is 99% perfect. The ONLY thing that looks a little weird is the way the old man flops to the ground. Its really quick compared to the rest of the movements that was going on. But this is seriously frekin amazing looking.

Mostly Photoshop & After Effects. All the drawing was done digitally in Photoshop for this scene. :nod:

There is, but Flash isn't the most reliable software when it comes to getting finished drawings to turn out exactly how you want them. You'll really have to work at it and fight with the software to get nice shading and drawings.

Haha. All it takes is patience and the willingness to fix mistakes.

If you can hang in there long enough then the animation will work out.
